I have been to multiple events (at least 5) catered by Chef Eric Stewart and his company Boz catering. Hands down, his company provides one of the best spreads of any caterer I have eaten, whether it\’s is his signature BBQ, seafood, or Mexican food. Overall I give Boz 5 of 5 stars.

We have enjoyed Eric’s various foods several times at block parties. His sauces are delicious, especially on the pulled pork. Also the multicombination baked beans are delicious. Also like the blue cheese coleslaw.

Eric Stewart, owner of Boz Catering LLC is my neighbor. He has catered many of our neighborhood block parties over the past several years. His food is absolutely delicious. Everyone loves it when we decide to get together because we know we will get some of his wonderful food. Great guy who has a special talent when it comes to cooking!!!

Boz catering is absolutely phenomenal. I have thoroughly enjoyed the food creations that Stew has put together as well as the more traditional foods he has prepared. It is always a hit with Boz.

I done a fare share of traveling in my days and I love experiencing yummy food and I have not been disappointed by Boz Catering LLC. Mr. Stewart pairs his food nicely, the ingredients that compliment each other, comes in good portions, fresh… I\’m excited to hear that Boz Catering will be opening a restaurant in the future. Can\’t wait to eat more delicious food!

Boz Catering makes a concerted effort to take a few good old American favorites (like Southern style pulled pork or BBQ Brisket) and add a few unique touches to it. Boz makes a great pulled pork sandwich and adds a delicious bleu cheese coleslaw, taking a classic and making it a unique and flavorful endeavor. But they also seek to introduce other cuisines (such as Mexican and German) and introduce their specialties to a new audience. Taking a Mexican street corn-on-the-cob and deconstructing it as a salad shows Boz’s commitment to excellence and diversity. Their devotion to the food and making sure every bite is a fantastic experience for the costumer stands out to me and makes their services both delightful, satisfying, and memorable.

Boz Catering LLC is locally (and veteran) owned company that wants to bring international gourmet food to a casual atmosphere and budget. He has cooked and eaten all over the world from Afghanistan to Zimbabwe. Boz Catering will be opening a restaurant locally by 2019.
