I’ve been fortunate enough to stay at two of the properties (the one in Denver twice!) and each time has been incredibly memorable! Meeting the other guests, the great accommodations, the AMAZING food and most notably, getting to know the exceptionally welcoming and gracious hosts/owners, Lisa and Joel, all make for an OVER-THE-TOP experience. Can’t recommend it enough…but I try! Looking forward to visit #4!!!

Lisa and Joel are amazing hosts. I’ve been to their Denver location and it is a beautiful spot. We had a fantastic time having our Holiday party there. Breakfast in the morning was amazing. Thank you guys! We look forward to another party this year!

This place is always thriving with happy people and happy staff. One of the coziest and down to earth bnb’s I’ve seen. The ambiance is amazing and the food is great!!!

These guy’s are great we stayed there this summer so relaxing people were awesome and the food & drink was darn good to. Keep up the good work 🙂

We stayed at San Ayer bud n breakfast rooms were very clean and unique. Just happened upon this location and I can honestly say it’s the best place we ever stayed on the road. I shared my experience on Facebook and with all my friends. I even bought t-shirts lol. Hotel t-shirts. And they are a conversation piece every time we or I wear it.
