From the moment Dr. Burnett walked into the room with a warm inviting smile and solid handshake, I knew I wanted him to perform my procedure. The reviews I read brought me to the office that day. But no review could prepare me for the level of expertise, genuine care, precision, compassion and warmth of the entire staff at Burnett Plastic Surgery. I can honestly say that never in my 40+ years of dealing with healthcare professionals, have I ever been so completely satisfied with the level of care I have received. I cannot thank you enough Dr. Burnett, Patricia, Lori and Liz. You guys rock! Only 2 weeks in but loving my results already! Hands down the best Dr. on the planet! He’s a perfectionist. I visited Dr. Burnett to inquire about getting a liposuction procedure on my hips and thighs, which I hated since I was nine years old. I had often thought of having the procedure, but given that I never had a surgical experience before, I was apprehensive and a little fearful. Dr. Burnett and his staff immediately helped to quell my fears and I proceeded with the procedure. During the process, I felt as though I was a member of their family, given the special treatment I received. Having the procedure enabled me to feel more confident and happy with my body, which I had never felt before. As a result, I visited an open call with a prominent modeling agency, a dream since I was a teenager, but was fearful of the reaction I’d get due to my hips and thighs. Having the liposuction boosted my self-confidence and enabled me to face my fear, I went to the open call and was asked to sign a contract! Thank you, Dr. Burnett and staff, for strengthening my self-confidence and helping me attain my dream. You are a treasure!

I spontaneously came across Dr Burnetts office online and I cannot be more happy or lucky that I did. I had a small cyst on my right shoulder and was recommended to see a plastic surgeon to get it removed. The reason why I chose this doctor among the others is due to the fact that a live person in the office answers the phone, rather than the usual automated system. I first came in for a consultation and the secretaries were more than friendly and helpful. The office is very up to date with the latest technology. The doctor was able to show me close up photos of my cyst on the large flat screen in the office. I admire how they document the progress of their patients recovery. This doctor showed me some of his amazing work and his ability to leave virtually no scarring. Dr. Burnett is extremely friendly and caring and I felt confident with him performing surgery on my shoulder. After the consultation, the secretaries were quick to call me when they got the approval from my insurance. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly and they worked around my busy graduate school schedule. When I came in for the actual surgery, they made me feel more than comfortable. They provided me with a pillow and made sure that I was comfortable during the operation; they even dimmed the lights for me! The nurse was very reassuring during the procedure and talked to me during it to keep my mind off of it. I usually am an awful patient who faints from getting shots, but not in this office; I was more than fine. After the surgery they provided me with detailed instructions on how to best care for the wound. The doctor personally called me to inform me that the test results for the cyst came back with nothing to worry about and he asked how I was feeling. They are all so personable there and wished me a wonderful vacation that I briefly mentioned I was going on. I would most definitely recommend this doctor to anyone and will definitely return for further procedures needed.
