Having recently moved back to Adelaide from interstate, I wanted to treat the special ladies in my life this Christmas, and so I jumped at the chance to attend this event today, and booked a table. Although the sweet treats served tasted beautiful, I was extremely disappointed that we were served just one scarcely filled cake stand of treats between all seven of us to have with our beverages. No Scones, Savoury Pastries, or Finger Sandwiches as advertised – although other tables were served these. What was supposed to be a lovely treat left me upset and regretting the hundreds of dollars spent on a few coffees, teas, cupcakes, tarts and macarons.
