I have been a client for over twenty years. From my first visit I felt comfortable and pampered. I call my appointments my “therapy ” since no matter how stressful the work week, I leave feeling relaxed. I dont’ mind the complements I get either!

Excellent talent and customer care from each employee! Sheri Manos is the best NAIL technician in Spokane! The girls really care about their customers and have new and innovative skills. I highly recommend Cartel for nails and hair needs!

Kayla Wells does such an amazing job! Its very hard to find someone these days that is able to complete the look your going for and Kayla is always spot on with her cuts and styles and of course hair color/highlights!

I have been a client of Tanja at Cartel for about 26 years. I have received the best service and care possible. I have never been dissatisfied with a service provided in all that time. Tanja listens and gives me exactly what I need. After all this time I believe she can read my mind. To top it off she is a kind and caring lady that I am so glad to have met. My only concern is that some day she may want to retire….what to do then?

I have been a client of Cartel for 20+ years, both nails and hair. They are fun and friendly, and I love to stop next door at Natural High and get my coffee and go in for pampering. Classy and clean, good prices and good people. This salon has it all!
