We have eaten at Cask Republic many times and the food has always been outstanding. They have a lot of craft beers to choose from as well as a wonderful wine list. The service is always attentive and knowledgeable. The menu changes frequently and offers both small plates as well as full entrees. It’s sophisticated without being pretentious or overbearing. It’s one of our favorite restaurants.
