Chef Scotty takes great care in the creating the best meals using fresh local ingredients. For us, he catered our wedding dinner along with late night food truck service. The meal was beyond excellent and we have received extensive comments from our guest on how delicious it was! Of course, the butter chicken gnocchi poutine is divine. Whether large crowds or small intimate dinners, Chef Scotty exemplifies the passion of cooking and care for clients.

Excellent food choices are presented by Scott. He works hard at preparing the meals that are sold through his food truck. The meals are reasonably priced as well.

Scott catered our wedding in August. He took care of everything we needed. We still receive great comments from those who attended, about how delicious the appetizers and dinner was! The BEST catered meal, we’ve ever had at any wedding or function! Scott is the BEST!!!
