I am under 13 years old and I had been going there for all of my life until about a year ago. On December 30th, 2014, I went in to get 2 teeth pulled because I have a small mouth. I went in and they gave me this Nitrous Oxide or “laughing gas” and in smelled like burning rubber first of all and second of all it’s supposed to make you calmer, but it was actually making me feel more anxious. This is the horrible part. The injected the numbing medicine and literally 2 MINUTES after they started taking the teeth out. The didn’t even ask me if it had kicked in or if my mouth was numb yet. It hurt so bad, just try imagining that and let me remind you that these are ADULT TEETH! All he asked was “can you hear me?” I tried to scream or tell him but all of these tools were in my mouth and I tried just moving about a lot but he just kept saying “It’s almost over” After it ended he told my mom I was a little restless and I thought (and later told my mom) “oh I wonder why?” I have been emotionally scarred and Now if I get teeth out or anything to do with my mouth besides a cleaning (I am still anxious during those though) I have to be asleep which causes a lot of extra money. I recommend another dentist and Dr. Kindrachuk and Dr. Gilchrist, I hope you are reading this and Realising that it’s been almost 2 years and my mouth is still in pain in that one spot (where another tooth has shifted to) to this day. Thank you for taking you time to read this review.
