I live in Montreal. I bought a Winter and Rain coat for my four legged friend Pluto. My goal is to buy a forever well made and sized coat***well— Chilly Dogs have it. Pluto is actually very happy with them. These are the best pet coats I have ever seen. I really mean it. Not just fill in review.
