I second what has already been said. In addition to the noble work they do, helping to find loving homes for birds in need, they go the extra mile to provide bird / pet owners with education for better care and awareness about ways to combat the mistreatment of all animals.

Great organization that works tirelessly to ensure that the parrots in their care are placed in the best possible situation putting the parrots needs first. An amazing group of foster “parronts” that care for these amazing creatures in a loving home environment until they find a new forever home!

CT Parrot Rescue cares for all species of birds and is one of the only bird rescues in CT. Without them, birds would have nowhere to go. They save birds’ lives everyday, and find them loving homes to continue their lives in!

I am so grateful for Connecticut parrot rescue. I adopted my blue and gold (Max) from them and couldn’t be happier! They were very professional, informative, and most of all I could see the love and time that goes into all the birds in their care. They are readily available to talk or assist even after the adoption and genuinely care about what they do. Thank you CPR for allowing me to adopt the most precious boy in my life.

I love this organization. They do amazing work, and they really help the birds they rescue. They work tirelessly to make sure the birds they rescue go to good homes. They provide great resources to the community such as setting up events for others to get vet services for their birds, education on caring for birds, and adoption events.
