Cream and sugar is one of my favorites. They have the best and creamy ice cream of any I\’ve had. And their food is great too. This is definitely a great addition to the west side of Columbus!!

Cream and Sugar is a Westside gem! The soft serve ice cream is rich and creamy, and the dole whips are absolutely amazing! I buy a quart once a week! This shop has a great menu even for lunch and serves up Stauffs coffee! Cream and Sugar GIVES BACK to THEIR community as well by making donations to events and organizations on the Hilltop.

I am a fan of Cream & Sugar because the owner uses top notch fresh only products and it all tastes delicious! She is also one of the hardest working people I know and she is putting her heart and soul into her shop! And it shows! She is doing it right, as proof, her customers keep coming back for more!

Amazing ice cream, with every flavor just right, the customer service is even better! They have something for everyone, even dogs! This place is diamond of the purest quality anywhere and they choose one of the roughest neighborhoods in Columbus, Ohio, to shine. If I could give them extra stars I would give them a Milky Way full of them.

Cream & Sugar has the best customer service and I haven’t had anything there I didn’t love. They switch up their ice cream flavors which is awesome because you can always try new things and their coney dogs are out of this world. And to top it all off, they are in a real neighborhood that totally appreciates that they’re there.

The ice cream is rich and flavorful and there is always a Dole Whip flavor in the machine. This is a lighter option to which I’ve become addicted! I drive by another ice cream shop to go to Cream and Sugar because it is so good!!

The ice cream is amazing, the shoppe is adorable and Rachel Upton, the owner, has added a clean affordable shoppe in an area that normally does not attract businesses.
