This place makes me feel at home being originally from Europe, but other than the feel, the food is phenomenal and the Little Amps coffee seals the deal! 11/10, keep up the good work!

This is definitely a hidden gem in Harrisburg PA. If you are into European desserts, this is the place to go. The owners is a great person and will make the customize the cakes in whatever way you want. I try taking my family at least once a week there for a treat. Even my kids are always looking forward to going to Dalicia.

Dalicia’s has been my favorite cafe/bakery since it’s opened. I enjoy the wonderful service, but mostly the Tiramisu!! To. Die. For! They have catered for me too!
