Damien is a perfectionist and his work is top notch. A friend turned me on to his shop a couple years ago and I will never go to another artist. My ideas coupled with his imagination and artwork blow my mind every time I leave his shop.

Brighter Shade Tattoo will always be my place to go when I need tattoos. Not only is Damien’s work absolutely flawless, but he’s such a humble and nice guy. As someone who wants to Tattoo as a career, I’ve gotten so much advice and help from Damien and I’ve become a much better artist because of it. He stands behind his work and goes over every single detail of the tattoo so you know it’s not going to come out short of perfect. Best shop in Fayetteville, hands down

Damien is the best, hands down. He uses good quality ink. I have a tattoo with a lot of red in it and 3 years later it still looks vivid. I get tons of compliments from other artists on my tattoos that he has done.

Damien took the time to turn something ugly into something beautiful. I had breast cancer reconstruction surgery. I had a lot of scars. Every time I looked into the mirror, I saw something ugly. Now I look into the mirror and see beautiful flowers where scars were. He was extremely professional and wanted to please me, but also to create beautiful art. Great job, Damien! Thank you!

I started getting tattoos at the age of 30….here I am with 7 tattoos all done by Damien. He is super talented at what he does. He takes pride in giving you the best. One of my many favorite things about Damien is that when you leave his shop you are guaranteed to be the only person with that tattoo. He does not duplicate other individuals work. He puts his own unique twist on it.

I got all the line work for my sleeve done in one sitting and it’s so amazing I can’t wait to get it colored in! He wasn’t heavy handed, and he worked with me on my design to get it just right! I recommend him to everyone and even carry around some business cards!!

Damien has tattooed me for a couple of years now. He has free-handed almost all of my two sleeves, my rib tattoo, my leg, and most of my back. He also fixed some of the other tattoos that I had that I let other well-known places do, but once I seen Damien’s work, I had him redo them and they look so much better. He is so humble at what he does. There is not a place I go that people do not complement my art. He is simply the best.

Damien is an amazing artist! A friend of a friend recommended I get my tattoo done with him. I watched his Facebook posts for over a year. When I finally contacted him and sent him an image I trusted his work so much that I agreed to let him “do his thing” with it and I am so happy I did. Wish I could post a picture of my new Tat. He is an awesome person to talk to you and it made the time go by so fast. All-around he’s a great guy.
