Denver Canine Club

Denver Canine Club is hands-down the best dog day care and boarding facility around! I drive 30 minutes out of my way to take my dog there. The owners and staff here are phenomenal, friendly, and always accommodating. They all truly love the dogs that come here and it shows. The facility is the cleanest day care I’ve ever seen, with affordable prices. When I bring my dog there for daycare, he is out the entire time playing with the other dogs with about a 1 ½ – 2 hour “wind down” time where the dogs are in a playroom together with the lights down low. Most dogs use that time to rest and others (like my dog) find a playmate of similar energy level to continue to play with. I have a dog with a high energy level that is very, very hard to tire out. I was having trouble controlling many of his behavior problems and my vet suggested taking him to daycare once or twice a week. He also advised me to find one that did not require the nap time numerous times throughout the day, because my dog did not need it. I love that he is able to stay out all day to play and is not put into an area every so often where he is required to have nap time. However, they do have additional “nap time” available for dogs who may need it. What a difference this place has made- I no longer have all of the poor behaviors my dog had been showing since bringing him here. It has helped immensely! My dog absolutely loves going to Denver Canine Club and always has a great time. Other incredible draws of Denver Canine Club: *They always ensure that there is plenty of staff around to supervise the dogs. *Are open 7 days a week from 6:30a.m.-6:30p.m. (7 days! It’s great to be able to pick up your dog on a Sunday after being out of town—where most places are closed on Sundays.) *Have cameras where you can monitor your dog throughout the day. *Their outdoor areas have special “pup grass” (looks similar to artificial grass and does not have dirt) so my dog does not come home full of dirt and leaves. (Thank you!) *Multiple large outdoor and indoor areas that they rotate the dogs through. These areas also have different equipment for the dogs to play on. *Fantastic swim out pool and smaller pools for the warmer months that the dogs can use. *They have a member’s only dog park with the pup grass! I love going to it because when I take my dog there, I know that all of the other dogs who come to it have gone through the temperament test and are up to date on their shots. *Offer hourly rates for daycare so you can drop off your dog and let him play while you run errands or go to doctor appts. *Baths and grooming offered on site. *Have training/obedience classes you can sign up for. I absolutely LOVE Denver Canine Club and am so thankful I found this wonderful gem to take my dog to. Clearly, I could go on and on about how fantastic this place is. You know you’ve chosen a phenomical daycare for your pet if he can’t get out of the car soon enough and whimpers if you pass the place without stopping! The staff is always friendly and love on my dog. The facility is beautiful and always sparkling clean. I could go on and on about how much we love Denver Canine Club. Most important, I know my dog is safe and well cared for while he is there

Awesome place! Great place for someone to take their fur babies. Employee’s are great at what they do and very trustworthy!

We drive our two in from Lincolnton for play days. Our border collie knows every turn and stop on the way and gets excited when she knows we are close. The staff are caring, playful and attentive with the dogs – friendly, professional and helpful to the “parents.” Dogs are screened before joining providing a safe place for play. AND they are NOT crated for most of the day like many places. Grooming and training are available as well. Sometimes I think our two don’t want to come home! 🙂
