SclerotherapyDr. Farshidi began and completed her entire college years at UCLA, where she first earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Economics. In both areas, she earned highest honors. Throughout her academic process, Dr. Farshidi received several awards, including Phi Beta Kappa National Honors Society, College Honors, and a National Merit scholarship. She was also awarded the Regents Scholarship at UCLA, which is one of the highest honors a student can receive.
After receiving her medical degree from UCLA, Dr. Farshidi completed internships as well as a residency at the Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, associated with the esteemed Washington University Dermatology Program. It was a great pleasure to receive extensive hands-on experience in this program, with the Washington University committed to being the national resource for excellence in the field of dermatology, continually educating and training physicians in the successful treatment of various skin diseases and disorders.
Dr. Farshidi has been board certified by the American Board of Dermatology, and is on staff at Hoag Hospital. She has been published several times, and remains driven to pursue excellence within the field of medical, cosmetic, and surgical dermatology.
