EASEL has rescued countless numbers of dogs and cats in the last 5 years that I have been volunteering for them. They treat every dog and cat that enters their facility with kindness and compassion and they work hard to find the best home possible for each one

The volunteers at EASEL are amazing people who love the work they do. I adopted my cat from them, and had such a wonderful experience I volunteered too!

EASEL volunteers have worked to make the Ewing shelter no-kill and provide TNR, expand fosters and adoptions, offer low-cost spay and neuter and help families with their pets throughout Mercer County. My beautiful cat Feona came from a hoarder, went through another shelter and spent more than a year being cared for at the Ewing shelter before finding her forever home, so I’m personally grateful to EASEL.
