What I have always liked about Lori, owner of Elizabeth Richard Gifts, is that I never felt like just a customer. She always made me feel like a friend. The items she sells are so lovely and different from what one might find in chain stores. With her, this is personal and the attention she gives to her customers is just that…personal!
