I became a client at Scott banks back in September.i had my hair cut prior to this by the same person for 6 years. So for me to make the change and trust someone else to cut my hair took some doing. But I am extremely pleased i did because Kevin has been brilliant, he really is an expert in his job and has sorted problems out with my hair I\\\’ve had for years,very happy! As for Scott banks in general from the minute I walk in to me leaving I am looked after and made welcome,all the staff are helpful,friendly and polite. The service is very efficient and professional, and the salon is always immaculately clean,you can see as a team they pride themselves on customer service and cleanliness. I have since recommended 2 friends one who also has his little boys hair cut there now too. I will continue to refer people. Thanks
