Natalie always goes the extra mile to be helpful, will always try to squeeze me in for a lash emergency appointment (!) and truely makes me feel valued as a customer. Her cheery manner makes an already luxurious appointment extra special as I can look forward to a good chat too. She worked so hard and such long hours over Christmas and new year so as to not let anyone down, she is always on time, always professional and truly deserves this award

I went to Natalie a few months ago to have my lashes done as a lady that used to do them at don’t be jel lashes completely reuined my lashes by using not very good glue and over charged me for the work she did I had a terrible experience and was totally put of having eyelash extensions. Then I had seen Natalie’s work and booked in a appointment she was sick friendly and professional when I met her she really does take pride in her work and is a perfectionist. She does not bad mouth other people in the industry and really cares about her clients she has even come to my house once to do them for me on her day of as I could not get to her salon and one time she was fully booked when I needed a refill so because my lashes had come out she only charged me for a refill. She really is the most hard working amazing lady I have ever met and is always so caring all I need to say is she is the best in the whole of Bedfordshire all you need to do is look at her work and that will tell you for itself.
