You are welcomed the moment you open the door. You are listened too and if you are not happy with the outcome they will do everything they can to fix the issue. Because of April I have been able to go from a pixie hair cut to hair past my shoulders and love it. I receive compliments weekly on my nails that are only done by Sara.

The customer service at Famiglia Salon is outstanding, I have never found a place that goes so above and beyond to make their clientele happy. I have gone elsewhere before as this is an hour drive for me and have regretted ever thinking of going anywhere else (I ended up with fried hair)!! With the help of Famiglia Salon my hair is healthy and I leave a happy customer ever single time.
