Franklin County Humane Society is where my favorite cat in the world, Montel, came from. He is the sweetest, most loving cat in the world… I’d bet their dogs are equally loving! 5 stars!

I have adopt 2 out of 3 of my fur babies from this shelter and volunteer there regularly. The staff is very professional, courteous and knowledgeable about there animals. The shelter is well maintained, clean, and constantly adapting to find more comfortable and thriving homes for the pets that can’t find their forever homes. The pets are well socialized by staff, volunteers and visitors. All pets are up to date on shots, tests, and spayed/neutered. Overall this is always a great place to visit and adopt.
