Simply some of the best food in Indy Food Truck Industry for couple reasons..The recipes are authentic, made by a Great Chef but most importantly is the Cleaniness of His Food Trailer…It is spotless and I dont know about you…but buying Food from Someone who practices “Food Safety and Prep” in accordance to Health Codes is fairly important…Gaucho is simply #1 in My Book…
