I work in an industry where my hands are always seen by the public. Since going to Crystal at Gloss Nail Salon just over a year now I am complimented over and over how amazing my nails look. Her system for booking appointments is easy for my busy lifestyle. She will send out a reminder text, which I need, a day before an appointment and offers online plus cash methods for payment. Her craftsmanship is impeccable. Her work is all free hand painted. What stands out the most since becoming a client is her compassion when I witnessed her reaching out to a fellow nail tech who was going through a difficult time.

I have been going to Crystal for just about one year now. I am a very picking client and she always seems to amaze me. She has a very creative style and a love for what she does. It is so very hard to find someone who is as dedicated to her clientele as she is. Crystal is always bright and cheering when you come in, it’s not even really a nail appointment, it’s more like going to visit with a friend. Her work is impeccable, and her artistic side really shines through.
I strongly recommend that Crystal receive this award.

Love how creative and artistic Crystal is with all her designs. Never disappointed with an appointment and always get lots of compliments on my nails…..
