I’ve been going to hair artists since I was born. The salon has come a long way from being in an office building on 161 and Cleveland avenue to being the premier salon in Columbus located now in Polaris. The staff is knowledgeable, talented, and as kind as can be. You’re sat down and immediately catered to hand and foot offered refreshments and treats. I’ve never had an experience that was anything but extraordinary. I truly wish the best for Hair Artists in the future.

I have been going to Megan at hair artists for over a year now ! She is absolutely amazing and does the best job! The salon is amazing everyone does such a wonderful job !

I came to hair artists 7 or 8 years ago to have my long hair cut. I had heard they actually do a facial analysis for the cut and style. I was also getting some gray in my hair. I loved my cut and the coloring I would not trust to anyone else. Meagan has been my stylist since the beginning but I have to say, when she took some time off, she set me up with someone who was able to fill her shoes. The owner, Cyndi Cox has kept her staff far and beyond on their training. I absolutely love hair artists and highly recommend them for all your hair needs. You will not be disappointed!

Such a clean, neat, and very professional and friendly salon. Always greeted with a smile from everybody at the front desk and treated as a long- time friend. And offered a drink and cookies! Love my stylist, Megan, who takes the time to determine the style and color that goes well with my skin tone and facial shape!

Every appointment is an education for me. I learn so much about hair color and products that will benefit my hair. My hair has never looked better. Shawn is so amazing and talented! I change it up quite a bit and trust her judgement on new styles and color. Awesome customer service too!

I been a client at hair artists for over 10 years and I can honestly say I have never had a bad experience. I often get compliments on my hair and nails and proudly share where I have it done. The atmosphere is professional yet welcoming, I am always greeted as an old friend. I have great respect for Cindy, the owner. She treats her employees well and appreciates the amazing work they do
