Happy Tails is a great organization that doesn’t shy away from the tough cases. They have great relationships with trappers and rescuers, and will help with cats that other shelters won’t touch – shy cats, older cats, cats with medical issues. They do a great job working with the animals, and try to find a true match, which rescuers REALLY appreciate.

Mid January we lost our fur baby to Thyroid disease and Cancer. We were heartbroken. We really wanted to adopt from a smaller organization. – The larger ones are good, but we wanted to help out a place that didnt get national attention and took in all sorts of cats as well as those who might be considered less adoptable. Boy, did we find a pair! Jules and Vincent are WONDERFUL! The staff at Happy Tails was fantastic. At the first contact with them, you can tell they truly love these animals and want the best for them.Their passion for helping is inspiring. We hope we will have our babies for years to come, but I know that when it is time, Happy Paws is the place we will go to find a new friend or two. You will not be disappointed. Go check them out and help support Happy Paws. You wont be disappointed!

I found HappyTailsPetRescue on a volunteer site. As a volunteer I see the dedication that goes into making the adoption centers as safe and nurturing for cats and kittens as a top priority.
I know first hand about the adoption process and the great love between cats and families who adopt them from my own family members!

My sister-in-law is a volunteer (so is a dear friend). After fostering a bunch of cute kittens, my sister-in-law convinced me that I was ready for a pair of 6 month old orange double-pawed part Maine Coon cat brothers. Edgar & Homer (nka: Jackson & Chester) are completing our household with fur & fun antics. Love them & love the work you do. Merci Beaucoup!
