Tracy takes the time to talk to you about other aspects of your life so she can tailor her treatments accordingly. Tracy makes you feel very special and her calm demeanour and gentle approach together with the relaxing environment of her treatment room provide a truly unique experience leaving you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

When giving holistic therapies, the therapy will only benefit the customer if the therapist engages in the treatment also.. This is where Tracy from Hastings holistics is amazing. She is both caring and understanding and compliments her treatments perfectly, tailoring them to the specific needs of her customers.

Tracy has really made a difference to my pain levels through doing Bowen Therapy, I really don’t know what I would have done without this over the last few months. This therapy has kept me functioning as much as I could and has been a godsend, I urge anyone with long term pain to try Bowen Therapy, it’s fabulous! Tracy is also a very thorough and professional therapist.
