Had my hair coloured by Alex Connick at HDC and, this time, she had to lighten it first because of the colour I chose: blush pink! I think I made it difficult with my request but she handled it like a pro and I LOVE the results!! Also really enjoyed the scalp massage she does while washing your hair. Can’t wait to go back!

To follow up on my concern about the color used on my hair, I was told there was nothing there salon could do for me but I was welcomed to come back again after Andrea told me I should go some where else for hair service. Dawn the salon lead suggested the same thing where I’m not happy with my hair.
I said BUT I was happy with my hair when we were using the Redken CHROMATICS. I would be toned with Chromatics and have 2 or 3 root retouches done between. When it was time for a color refresh we hit repeat on the original color.
I asked Dawn if I came back would the still do the original way of coloring with Chromatics. She didn’t know the answer to that because she’s not a hair dresser. I said why has it changed???? I was told honestly I don’t know how to answer that.
She then told me Trudy or Eddie would call me….. 2 weeks later no call.
FYI… My daughter is one of the Redken models that Eddie has worked with and SHE TOO can’t use a Demi.
So disappointed in customer service and follow through.
