Carol and the staff at HUA have genuinely big hearts. They love all the dogs that come in and they give them what most have never had before – Love. I adopted three of my little girls from HUA and they have brought such joy into my life. In return, I give these sweet puppy mill survivors a life of freedom, pampering, and love – something they never would have experienced if not for HUA.

I have adopted three puppy mill rescued Pomeranians over the years from HUA. Bruce and Joya have gone over the Rainbow Bridge, but Kirby still lives with me. You will not meet a group of more caring individuals anywhere dedicated to animal welfare.
