ad to say, I never have had the chance get my house cleaned by this company, though I tried more than one time. I called before Christmas and she set up a cleaning for the next week. No one showed up. I called and she said she couldn’t get anyone out and that she would go herself but was putting on a wedding and just couldn’t make anything happen. Very nice on the phone. I tried to be understanding, things happen sometimes. Then, I called a couple of months later. She recalled what had happen and said she would arrange for someone to come out. No show again! I called and left a message and didn’t even get a return call. She seems very friendly on the phone. But, awful customer service and reliability.

Works well!! And fast!! She is very communicative and will work around your schedule!! I really enjoy Hethr’s house cleaning and janitorial. Her team is AMAZING!! I will definitely call her again!
