I\’m not! I was there to get my hair done and watched one of your hair dressers curse and ran after a woman I left after seeing this!!! I\’ve contacted the higher up people and they are not happy!! Horrible service will not return!!!

These people do amazing jobs and they are so respectful to everyone! They will do everything they can to make you feel comfortable and do what you like the first time! They will talk to you through your visit to make sure you know everything that is going on and will not do anything you do not agree with!

My little sister came here to get her hair bleached and left with light, dark and brown spots throughout her hair. When she came back to try and remedy the situation, the staff was rude to her and relented to a refund of less than 50% of what she spent. Then as she was leaving, one of the stylists followed her out while cursing and using obscene gestures before threatening her.

Im not a fan, this place is terrible, when a hairstylist who youve never met yells at you and flipes you off, you feel kind of obligated to warn others.

Love this salon. It is always fun to go there and catch up on the latest BA news or gossip haha! Shannon always cuts my hair just like I ask and since I’ve been getting it hi-lighted she does a fantastic job! Thanks Tammy and Shannon and all you girls you are great.

Was in broken Arrow for a few weeks for work. Called around a few salons and no one could do what I wanted done. Went to hideaway salon, walked out with exactly what I needed and they got me right in. If I am ever back in the area, I will return!
