Tiffany at Illusions has managed to make me feel as tho my hair is not a lost cause after a fiasco elsewhere and makes my teenaged daughter feel FABULOUS every single time she comes in. Everyone is friendly, the services are outstanding, and we won\’t go anywhere else!

Illusions is such a great place to go, I have been going there for over 5 years now and they have been nothing but kind to me. Every time I go in I am treated well and walk out looking and feeling great. I no longer live in Grand Rapids but I still make the commute from Kalamazoo to Illusions because I won’t be able to find a better place to go. Wonderful ladies who know what they are doing!

Great place to go and get your hair done. Clean facility, awesome atmosphere, and incredibly friendly professional people. I left here completely happy with the wonderful job Rebecca did with my hair! I will definitely be visiting again soon!

Illusions offers all of the current trends while still providing knowledge about how to pamper your hair and get maximum results for your look. Becca always knows what styles and colors will compliment my facial shape and skin tones. This salon is very up to date and well maintained. All of the ladies there are extremely talented and give your hair the attention it needs. You won’t be disappointed!

I have been going to Illusions for all most 10 years. The service and stylists are wonderful. While I was living in New Mexico I would not let any one touch my hair, I would wait till I came back to Michigan to visit and then have Rachel a stylist at Illusions cut, color and style my hair. I love the service and have watched this business flourish over the years.
