I have been going to Jax for a number of years now and have never left unhappy. I get my hair done by Stacey and she always makes sure that I’m comfortable/happy every step of the wayang doesn’t just colour my hair for the sake of it.she always discusses my options first and gives me good advice. She’s a credit to the salon. The staff don’t only focus on making sure that thier clients are ok they make sure everyone in the salon is.The have such a varied age range of clients from toddlers to pensioners which I think is great as some hair salons can be intimidating for various reason but Jax are a good mix and always welcoming. I always look forward to my appointments not just to get rid of my grey hairs! Good luck all at Jax Westerhope!

The client care received was of a very high standard along with knowledge and advice! The girls went above and beyond expectation and I loved my hair! I can\’t wait to go back! I\’ve recommended all my friends and family and will continue to do so.
