I am a great big fan of Carrie Skaggs a new JC Penney salon employee. She has such a sweet personality and a very caring and loving person. She gives the most awesome massaging shampoos EVER. After a hard day at work it helps me to relax. She does a great job fixing my hair just the way I like it… straight!! I\’ve seen photos on the internet of her working nail magic and going to try that soon for my vacation away from the plant. I totally recommend Carrie if you need a stylist and don\’t forget to get a shampoo!!! Carrie gets an A+ from me!!!

Carrie Skaggs is a very sweet and kind lady. She is very good at everything she does at the JCP salon. Come see Carrie for all your salon needs. Just ask for her when calling in. Carrie, also, takes walk-ins.

I love the JCPenny hair salon! The atmosphere there is great and everyone is so friendly!!! I especially love Carrie Skaggs she is always pleasant and helpful and know what\’s she\’s talking about!!!! I always recommend this salon to everyone!!!!

Love going into JCP and seeing Carrie. She always takes time out to help my Daughter feel comfortable and really listens to what I want. Big Fan. I really like the JCP salon, lots to choose from at a great price!

Very friendly and clean environment. My hair stylist, Sam Kellough, never fails to put a smile on my face when I walk out of there because of how well she does on my hair!!

I love Michelle Davis at the JC Penney salon in Chillicothe, Ohio. She is absolutely one of the greatest people I have ever meet. She has been doing my hair for several years and I would not go anywhere else but JC Penney…..as long as Michelle is there….She knows exactly how I like my hair and always exceeds my expectations. Michelle is so friendly and makes you feels so comfortable that you can just sit back, relax, and let her do her thing….The atmosphere at the salon is normally relaxing.
