My hair dresser valana is nothing short of a miracle ! I have been going to see her for 6 years! She knows when I walk through the door with crazy ideas how to take care of me! And she also does my children’s hair! She is so amazing !

Before going to J.C. Penney salon I had never met anyone like Valana. There is no master hairstylist quite like her. My hair looks healthier, feels better and just is better because of her. She’s been doing my hair for around 7+ years now and no one else touches my hair. She also made my hair amazingly beautiful for my wedding. I cannot thank her enough for how great she helps me to feel. Go Valana and J.C. Penney Salon!!

I get my hair done by valana at the Manchester location. She does an amazing job and has an amazing personality. As a former co-worker and loyal client, i have learned so much from her and love her work. I am always beyond satisfied with her work on my.hair and would recommend her to ANYONE looking for beautiful healthy hair!

I come from Canada to get my hair done here!! These people know their stuff and how to take care of their client’s needs. They engage in conversation, make me smile and I leave there feeling and looking like a million bucks every time. I can’t say enough great things about this salon and the staff.
