The staff at Jen\’s Pet Parlor are genuinely fond of their charges. My dog is a bit antsy around strangers, but she loves the staff at Jen’s. She willingly walks right in and is always clean, soft and well groomed when I come to pick her up. Great people and great services.

I drive almost 30 mins just so Jen can groom my dog. She is so caring and makes sure everything is done to perfection. I swear my German Shepherd actually looks forward to getting groomed thanks to Jen!

Jennie and her staff love animals. It shows through the effort and the love they show to every animal that comes through their door. They are the only Phoenix pet groomer that I will ever use. They have a great booking system, very easy to use. My dog loves going there and looks amazing when he comes home. The rates are very reasonable as well. Good luck Jennie!!!

Jen and her staff are so amazing and caring for my dogs! Especially with my smaller older dog he is very skittish! The handmade collars and leashes are so beautiful!

Jen is so patient and loving with my dogs- she takes her time and they always come home looking and smelling fantastic. What dogs LOVE going to the groomers? Mine do! They couldn’t be more excited when they realize where they are. No better testimony right there!!!
