my hair is hard to cut and lay correctly. I drive an hour and don’t let anyone cut it but her!! i trust her experise so much i sit in her chair and give her free reigni. she chooses color and cut and I’m never disappounted.it lays beautifully from day 1 to the day I get it cut again. and as a colorist? she is GENIOUS!! I get complements daily on the way she colors my hair. Nikki and Joey have created a great atmosphere in their salon. I HIGHLY recommend them and their salons.

Nikki is more than a stylist that has mastered color and cuts. She is an innovator and expects the same of her team. Always on the cutting edge of new techniques. Not only does she listen to my needs, she continually elevates my expectations, and I always leave the salon refreshed and with perfect hair. From the moment you walk thru their doors to the moment you leave anew, you can expect a high degree of professionalism and respect. Joey and Roman Salon is top notch.

Nikki has cut and styled my hair for years. She always offers an opinion based on my hair type and facial structure. She styles my hair in a manner in which I could not. She is professional and has a great sense of humor. I love Joey and Roman salon!

I first came to Joey and Roman Salon when I received a bad hair coloring at a competitor”s salon. Nikki turned a nightmare into a beautiful head of hair. I have been returning ever since.

Nikki is awesome and cuts/colors like no one else. I believe they are the only calligraphy certified salon in the area. The place has a great atmosphere and they are always keeping up with the latest trends by attending trainings and classes.

I stumbled across Nikki about a year ago after a pretty bad hair experience. She’s nursed me back to good hair 🙂 I’m super picky and I always walk out of this salon happy! I am a huge fan of this salon. I’ve been a client of Nikki’s for many years, and I wouldn’t trust my hair with anyone else! She is a great listener and truly cares about her clients. She stays on top of the latest trends. When I get compliments on a certain cut /color and people want to know “Who does your hair?” My answer is always the same.. “I go to Nikki…”

If feels like coming home every time I come in for a cut and/or color. From the receptionists to the stylists to the owners they all treat me like a family member they love to see. Joey knows my hair, what risks I willing to take with my style and during my visit he engages with me in great conversation! The solon’s atmospher is friendly, welcoming and comfortable. I love the eclectic collection of music they play, also. Everyone should have a Solon like this to go to.
