Hell no I am not a fan!!!!
As an unsatisfied customer, I kindly requested my deposit back in July of 2017 and here we are October 16, 2017 and I have yet to receive my deposit. Reason for request of refund was because I gave my deposit, set up meetings on three different occasions and he cancelled two and the third one he did not have the curteousy to call us and tell us he was not showing up. After waiting at the venue where my wedding will be held for almost an hour and calling several times and leaving voice mails he responded by saying he had a corporate meeting “Are you serious”…I sent a notarized letter via certified mail and was informed via email my refund had been mailed. I received my certified mail back unclaimed but not my money. Be mindful before booking this so called business, if you are unsatisfied you will have difficulty trying to getting your money back. After receiving my unclaimed certified mail, I sent numerous emails, text msgs and phone calls requesting my deposit all have gone unanswered….I highly recommend being very selective and careful before you give this business any money.
Can you imagine him not showing up the day of your event and receiving a lame excuse like that…Be smart and hire someone one who will make your event important and will demonstrate professionalism…Someone who is responsible and abides by their own contract…
