I was planning a special birthday surprise for my daughter to go see Winter and Hope. I contacted her about it and told her what I was looking for. I didn’t get to see the cake until after she set the cake up at my daughter’s party, because she wanted to surprise me too. I was blown away with what she created. There was sea turtles, seashells, coral, tropical fish, seaweed, sand, and even a seal. On the top of the cake was a wave, on the wave was Winter with her prosthetic tail, and Hope. The cake looked amazing I didn’t even want to cut the cake, but I did and it tasted as good as it looked. I now call her for all my celebratory cake needs. She is truly talented and takes great care and pride with what she creates. She makes sure her customer’s are happy with the cakes she creates for them!

This lady started her business from nothing. She has two children to look after but still finds time to design and produce the most exciting cakes you can imagine. I admire her guts and determination and hope that her hard work gets the recognition it deserves.
