When I was in high school years ago I helped my father in his bakery. He always used wholesome,name brand real ingredients in the bread he made.Fresh eggs, real vanilla,sugar. He also used Dole pineapple for his piña empanadas. His Mexican bread was so popular that people from other states often went to Superior to buy bread. He was a master baker.

I lived in Superior all my life, but left years ago . I joined the U.S. Army, and traveled the world. But I assure you, the bake goods now baked at Juans Central Bakery. Is not only like coming home again, but I can taste the love in every bite!
