We have adopted six cats from Kitty Harbor and send the residents treats and food every month as well as attending their fundraisers. They house many difficult cats that are ill and older and are high maintenance and rescue many family units from blighted areas. Everyone involved is A-1 and pitches in- we love this charity! I am a fan as I volunteer at this shelter and they go above what a shelter should do. They take the time to make sure every cat that is adopted goes to a safe home and the cat will not be harmed where others do not. They treat all these cats like their own like I do when I go for my volunteering. They also get attached to the animals when they go to there forever home you do miss them. We get our favorites and when they are at there forever home you do miss them.
