Laszlo’s menu is innovative and their food is delicious. Friends with Hungarian family ties rave about the authenticity of the recipes. Where else can you get wild boar on a cold winter’s night? You can tell that they make everything from scratch and with care – and it shows. Their breads, particularly their pretzels, are outstanding. We love their menu standards like paprikash and spaetzles, and their specials are seasonal, fresh, and creative. Service is always friendly. One great surprise was their Hungarian wine, ‘Bull’s Blood’. We’d come to dine on a snowy night, and a glass or two of this wine, a hearty red, paired with schnitzel, made our evening. We highly recommend you add this restaurant to your dining repertoire!

Dinner at the Iron Skillet–Yum! Their menu is extensive but not too expensive. The last time I had their sauerbrauten I took my leftovers home–and then ate them for breakfast the next day. So tasty! They have a nice wine selection too. I particularly like the Hungarian wine. Service is good and their new location is attractive. If they could find a way to keep the noise level down a little, it would be perfect! I still give it a 5–one of my favorite places in Cincinnati to eat dinner.
