Our state has no regulations to control puppy mills or hold persons accountable for animal abuse. This group has proven itself to be superior in animal care, coordination of volunteers, foster families, vet care, political advocacy for improved laws for animal protection and unconditional commitment to the health, safety and loving care of animals.
