Rick goes beyond expectations. We lost our dog and he posted , shared, put on diff sites for me, kept in touch, goes numerous miles, trips, aside of numerous community contribution. One of a kind, for sure.

Rick Roper will do anything to help get a needy dog to his or her new home! He took a dog from my hometown in NC halfway to Maine to his new home! The dog was seduced to be euthanized. Thank you!!!

Maverick, led by Rick Roper, ALWAYS does rescue right, having all veterinary paperwork required, and a system for tracking every dog he “touches.” Both a rescuer and transporter, I never worry when dogs are in his care. He ROCKS!! (And yes, I’ve met him!)
