Not professional. After one email, I followed up a few times, as vizslas are hard to find and it looked like a reputable kennel. After a week, the owner wrote and said they would call on a specific evening. They called the following evening and sounded annoyed when I shared that I could not speak, because I was in the middle of a family emergency. They said we could speak the following day. No call back. I made one last attempt. Still no call back. I have never purchased a puppy through them, but I think it’s important to share that on a few occassions they did not do what they said they would do.

Mayne Haven Kennels is an awesome place to get the next addition of your family from. I have gotten two dogs from her! Both the Pekingese and Shih Tzu are of great health and temperament and I will use her for my next dog!
