All the piercers are very skilled and do an amazing job with each and every one of my piercings. 10/10! I’ll always recommend Medusa to friends, family, and even strangers who are looking for a great piercer! The sales associates are all super friendly and helpful!

This shop is amazing! I got my ears pierced by Rachel Villani and she did a great job explaining everything and all of the care info to me. I even called with a question a few weeks later and she remembered me and was able to tell me what to do. They all were so nice to me even though it was black Friday! I wish I could give them 10 stars
