At Melann the staff are lovely there and don’t mind giving you their opinions on what suits me best and they make the whole experience enjoyable with a complementary beverage when I had my hair lightened.

These ladies turn me from plain Jane to a Princess. The true test in the beauty industry includes customer satisfaction, quality outcome of the service, and of course the experience. Melann ticks all these boxes. These ladies are amazing.

Firstly, the staff are very friendly,warm and accepting, just like a real family.
Their knowledge of Haircare and beauty is outstanding. The staff are all lovely people, they all greet you with warmth and friendship no matter who you are there to see,
They all go out of their way to make you feel welcome.
It is a beautiful salon.!

The ladies make me feel so welcome. I enjoy the pampering I receive and I always look forward to my next visit. They look after me so well and always know just what to do with my hair. I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. 🙂
