I love this vet clinic. They have a neat home-town vibe and you can tell every single person genuinely cares about the welfare of your pet. Dr. Elliott has such knowledge and experience – but what also stands out – is her genuine compassion for you and your pet. Your pet is treated like the valued family member it is and not just a $client$. They\’re awesome!

We have taken our babies to Mineral Wells vet clinic for years. They are so caring and friendly, always on top of maintaining our pets good health and always make time for our emergency visits. They have saved my always curious, trouble-finding cat numerous times and when it was time for my dog to cross the Rainbow bridge, they were there with us holding our hand the entire time. We absolutely love the entire staff.

Have been taking my furbabies to the Mineral Wells vet clinic for years. My beloved scottie was diagnosed with cancer. Could not have ask for a more understanding, compassionate and sympathetic group to help with making one of the most difficult decisions I’ve ever had to make! So appreciative to a great caring group of people!

They have helped us out tremendously with our Great Dane and his Acne issues. Couldn’t ask for a more caring facility. They also helped us through the grief when we lost my grandparents dog and even sat with us!!!! Love them.

Mineral Wells Vet has been my vet for 13 years. The vets and staff are amazing! They take the time to get to know my pets and my family. They cried as much as I did when we had to put one of our dogs down. They are like family and I wouldn’t trust anyone with my pet’s care.

His clinic has been nothing but caring, thoughtful, gentle, and loving with my fur babies! In December my smallest dog was in a dog fight and had a hole put through her trachea. When the Emergency Vet would do nothing MineralWells Vet Clinic saved our baby girl!!!!

I have been a customer for years with several pets thru the years. They are always nice and friendly. When i had to put my cat Chance to sleep unexpectedly a year ago they were so considerate and kind. They treated him as if he was their own both before and after. The staff sent me a sympathy card afterwards and it meant so much.
They truly care about the customers and their pets. They answer questions with patience and never show annoyance over the the questions.
I would recommend them to anyone with a pet. They will take care of them as if they are their own.
