This hot pot is fresh, delicious, and authentic! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I\’m so glad that I no longer have to drive to Chicago or fly to China for hot pot. Think of the money I will save?!

First time I went to dine there, I was explained the etiquette by the friendly staff, and they took their time explaining too (all three times I asked). The chef even comes out to help advise crowds like my own if they saw that the pots were overboiling or not hot enough. The staff was awesome to make sure we had a good experience. The food was even better! I recommend using their house sauce recommendation as a start then adding more or less of the ingredients for your own taste:). Definitely one of my top Asian restaurants in Madison.
