Modern Chic is by far the best in Chilliwack. Yeah, the salon isn’t like the others and is a little bit small, but Tina and her staff are absolutely wonderful at what they do and how they treat their clients. I 10/10 recommend this place if you’re looking for something affordable and does a quality job. You will not be disappointed.
