The first time I tried this truck it blew me away how amazing the food was that came out of that truck! The elote was the best I’d ever had. Street tacos!!! Oh ya! Tender meat and too many choices of yummy toppings to decide on just one. Get a few and dress em up! The churro is over the top too… will def be using this for my catering in business and family gatherings…

Best Mexican food I’ve had in a while plus I didn’t have to wait around long at all. Took a peek inside the truck and it was very clean which I’m very picky about! Elote is to die for. Definitely keep up the good work Modern Tortilla

I’ve tried modern tortilla for the 3rd time now and believe me these guys there are doing a great job ! Clean ,organized and great great food ! Must try I’m definitely coming back or stop by if I will see you around . KEEP DOING A GREAT JOB !
